Return Policy:
Although we try to maintain our in stock supplies we cannot be held responsible for Items that are currently out of stock at the moment you place your order.
We
offer a 100% refund on all items returned to us within 30days of the date you
purchased. You must call us to obtain a return authorization number and that
number must appear on the outside of the shipping box.
Once
we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will
be processed in just a few days. Items showing signs of wear or those that
have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than US), or damaged in any way
cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned.
All returns are to be shipped to (Do Not Use the word
jewelers or diamonds on shipping labels)

these simple steps to insure a proper return.
- Your Return Authorization Code. Call 877-627-1116 and you will
be given a Return Authorization Code. Please return with a copy of your
original receipt you received in your shipping box.
- Package Your Return. Include all original packaging
and collateral material. For security reasons, do not write the word
jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.
- Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price
of the item you're returning is listed as:
- Less than $500: You can ship it via any
carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return
receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
- More than $500: Ship your package via US
Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the
contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your
shipment has reached Campbelljewelers.com
